Observed problem:
- No internet connection
- Red dots indicating network problem (see picture)

No code showing in top right corner of game
Cause:
Network cable not plugged in or TCP connection not possible
Solution:
Make sure the network cable is attached as per the image below and that the lights beside the cable are blinking, indication a working connection:
If still not working please reboot the switch, router or submit a ticket
