Power on the PC and enter BIOS by repeatedly pressing the "delete" button on a keyboard
Under Storage information;
if it says KINGSTON:
Contact techsupport for instructions to re-install the PC
If it says SATAFIRM:
Contact techsupport and Cinemataztic will provide a new SSD for the PC
